What is the training session about?
The session is based around Cardio, Endurance and Body weight drills, Body movement skills, Core strength, Body strength and Speed drills.
Is the Class for everyone?
Yes, you can work at your own pace, most of the session is fun, when it gets tough we work together to get it done…
