Training sessions based around Cardio, Endurance and Body weight drills, Body movement skills, Core strength, Body strength and Speed drills.

Andrew Farrell

Andrew is the head instructor here at Elite Fitness Cross Sport Conditioning Huddersfield.

He has a vast training background, in Rugby, Judo, Brazilian Ju-jitsu, Grappling, Boxing, Skiing, as a Personal Trainer, as well as an MMA coach and Pro fighter.

Is the Class for everyone?
Yes, you can work at your own pace, most of the session is fun, when it gets tough we work together to get it done…
